Send To Option

You can change your send to MENU as you, remember you should be an administrator its must

Now go to the following address of your windows operating system.

C:\Users\ROHIT\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\SendTo

Add or delete a new folder. As you like

NOTE: You will not find Send To option in your when Operating System like Windows xp, vista & 7 are to be updated this means your operating asks you to " ACTIVATE WINDOWS NOW" so this is the time to Buy a product key for your operating system or re-install the your operating system
